Alive at the Museum – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all ticket purchases and attendance at Alive at the Museum hosted by Always Dale at the Manitoba Museum. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to comply with the following policies.
1. Event Overview
Event Name: Alive at the Museum
Organizer: Always Dale Events
Venue: The Manitoba Museum
Date & Time: Friday, September 26th | 8:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Age Requirement: 18+ (Valid government-issued ID required)
2. Tickets & Entry
All tickets are final sale. No refunds unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
Tickets are non-transferable unless approved via the official resale or transfer platform (if available).
No physical tickets will be issued. Entry requires digital ticket confirmation and matching ID.
No passes will be sold at the door.
The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone for any reason, including failure to comply with these terms.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are only issued if the event is canceled, not rescheduled.
In the case of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, venue issues, pandemic restrictions), Always Dale reserves the right to reschedule or modify the event format without refund.
If you are removed for violating the Code of Conduct, no refund will be provided.
4. Liability & Assumption of Risk
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:
Physical or emotional injury
Property damage
Exposure to loud sound, strobe lights, and large crowds
Always Dale and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from your participation.
5. Code of Conduct
Alive at the Museum is built on community, consent, and care. All attendees must follow these guidelines to ensure a respectful and magical night.
🔸 Respect & Inclusion
Treat all guests, performers, staff, and volunteers with kindness and dignity.
Discrimination, hate speech, harassment, or violence will not be tolerated.
🔸 Consent Among Patrons
Consent is mandatory. Always get clear, enthusiastic permission before any physical interaction.
Respect personal boundaries at all times.
🔸 Venue & Property Care
You are entering a museum filled with sacred, one-of-a-kind exhibits.
Do NOT touch any displays or artifacts unless clearly permitted.
Any damage caused may result in removal and liability for repair or replacement costs.
🔸 Responsible Conduct
Excessive intoxication, disruptive behavior, unsafe conduct, or harassment may result in immediate removal.
The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or eject any attendee at their sole discretion—without refund.

Reports can be made confidentially. Support resources are available on-site.

7. Photography & Media
By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed or filmed by official media teams for promotional use. If you prefer not to be featured, notify a photographer or staff member upon arrival.
8. Additional Terms
Re-entry may be restricted or prohibited.
Costumes encouraged—please ensure they are respectful and non-offensive.
The venue is wheelchair accessible. If you have accessibility needs, please contact us in advance.
